TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and the promoter, St Austell Brewery Co Ltd, 63 Trevarthian Road, St Austell, PL25 4BY

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is only open Surfing England Members who must be aged 18 or over. St Austell Brewery Co Ltd assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. This competition is not open to employees of St Austell Brewery.

HOW TO ENTER

The competition is running on our Instagram and Facebook Channels for Korev – to enter, head to our pages and tag someone who you would like to share the competition with in the comments.  One winner  will be selected at random at least on or after the 2nd November.

PRIZES

The prize consists of a two-night stay at the Old Success Inn in November 2020 based on two people sharing. Inclusive of breakfast each morning and dinner on the first night.  You’ll also get a bespoke surfing lesson at the Smart Surf School with Korev ambassador and six-time British surfing champion, Lucy Campbell. The prize must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

SOCIAL MEDIA

By entering the competition, you consent to being announced across the social media channels of Korev Lager, should you win the competition. We will not announce you as the winner on social media until you have formally accepted the stated prize.

GENERAL

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by us solely in connection with the competition.
